A free low cholesterol diet shouldn't make the walls of the heart extra hard and therefore compromise the smooth flow to and out of the heart. But the oils and omega 3 acids found in fish make the walls more elastic and gets rid and brings to controllable levels the amount of cholesterol. Nuts are a free low cholesterol diet because they are rich in polyunsaturated fats and act by regulating the amount of bad cholesterol to be absorbed by our bodies. Though nuts are to be taken in moderation, they are a free low cholesterol and are healthy.

Another free low cholesterol diet includes plenty of fruits and vegetables as they are high in fibers that are easily absorbable. In fact these are more readily available and relatively cheap compared to the expensive fries and fatty meat, which are both high sources of the risky saturated fats that bring LDL cholesterol into our bodies. This is not to say that people should all the same stay away from their favorite foods but rather embrace a free low cholesterol diet.
